Scope

This page describes use of stratumapplications.com, operated under the name Stratum Applications. It is not a service contract. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment, ownership, and other engagement terms are set out in a separate written agreement.

Website information and inquiries

Descriptions, examples, and past results provide information about our work; they do not promise the same outcome for another project. Sending an inquiry or viewing a proposal does not by itself create an engagement.

Private proposals and authorized use

Use invitation access only for proposals you are authorized to view. Do not distribute private proposal content without permission. Do not interfere with the website, submit malicious material, or attempt to obtain access intended for someone else.

Website materials

Website materials may include content belonging to Stratum Applications, clients, licensors, and other rights holders. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership of those materials. Ask before reproducing content beyond uses permitted by law.

Other websites and services

Links to third-party websites and separately operated products are provided for reference. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices may differ. A link alone does not extend these website terms to that service.

Availability and changes

Website content and availability may change. If a proposal appears incomplete or a service description is unclear, contact us before relying on it for a project decision. These website terms do not replace an existing signed agreement or remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
