Contact inquiries

If you contact us through this website, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the form.

Website messages are delivered through Google's Gmail service to a business inbox used by Stratum. The current contact handler does not write message contents into the website's proposal-visit database.

Invitation access and browser storage

After a successful invitation-code check, the website sets a cookie named stratum_session to maintain access to your private proposal for up to 30 days. Removing the invitation can revoke access earlier. Clearing the cookie removes that browser's saved access.

The homepage stores your light or dark appearance preference in local storage under stratum-theme. The proposal media library also saves its cards or list preference under portfolio-view. Local storage persists until cleared or changed; it does not share the session cookie's 30-day expiry.

Proposal activity

The website records invitation-check outcomes and selected proposal interactions. Records can include a timestamp, proposal identifier, event, section, country, and broad device category. The application derives the country from hosting metadata and the device category from the browser's user-agent. The proposal-visit database does not include an IP-address field.

Hosting, analytics, and external services

Cloudflare provides website delivery and supporting infrastructure. The deployed homepage has also been observed to include a Cloudflare Insights script. Hosting, security, and analytics services can process request or device information independently of the proposal-visit database.

Google provides email delivery and the Google Fonts resources used by this website. Loading external resources sends requests to those providers. In the proposal media library, choosing a video loads a Google Drive player and sends requests to Google; the player is not loaded until you choose a video. Following links to other websites is subject to those websites' practices.

Storage and retention

The invitation cookie expires after up to 30 days. That expiry does not delete contact emails, proposal activity records, backups, or service-provider records. Contact us to ask about retention of information relating to you.

Your questions and requests

You can clear cookies and local storage using your browser settings, although doing so can remove saved proposal access and appearance preferences. Contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information relating to you. Applicable rights and any limits depend on the circumstances and law that applies.
